One ongoing development, several to follow
Hillwood Gardens, our current project in Kotagiri, is now open for enquiries. Past developments shaped the approach that defines KPD today.
Hillwood Gardens
Hillwood Gardens is an exclusive gated community of 16 fully furnished, three-bedroom luxury residences, set in four hillside blocks overlooking the hills and valleys of the Nilgiris. Thoughtfully designed for easier everyday living, it combines comfortable homes, accessible amenities, reliable infrastructure and dedicated personnel to assist residents with routine needs. Designed for families, retirees and anyone seeking a peaceful home in the hills.

We're planning the next set of homes across the Nilgiris. To hear about them first, share your details and we'll be in touch when they open for enquiries.
