Sachin Sancheti
PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
Sachin Sancheti is a graduate of the National University of Singapore. After a year of work in Singapore, he returned to India and has spent the past nine years building and developing in the Nilgiris. At KPD, he leads planning, engineering, and development — working closely with architects, consultants, and on-site teams across every project, passion and vision.

VISION & STEWARDSHIP
Fathailal Kailash Sancheti brings over 24 years of experience across the family's businesses. He currently oversees real estate activities within the broader group, leveraging long-standing expertise in planning, partnerships, and stewardship to shape KPD's developments.
